Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson, an artist's daughter, from Mexico was born into the music-loving parents of her family. Her early years were shaped by the classical music of her parents, boleros as well as the traditional romantic, ranchero and romance ballads. Ana is a lover of Tangos, opera, and every form of dramatic performances. Ana began learning to sing and play music at an early age together with her mom. She was given more formal training in singing when she was 16 years old under the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio BECARRA. She continued her musical training in the School of Music of Guadalajara University and later at the School of Sacred Music, Toluca. The singer performed throughout Guadalajara, Mexico City and other cities as a young musician and student. In 2000, she relocated back to America. United States and sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. Later, in 2007, she returned to her new home in Southern California. She's a regular solo performer at private parties and events, performing traditional Latin American Music. The love she has for singing, music as well as the arts keeps active in community projects in both her capacity as an artist and educator. Ana is also a past participant in the Community Chorus of Redlands, the Inland Master Chorale, and the Performance Loft. Ana is a fan of the traditional Latin American songs and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
